Paul is one of the Directors of Fields & Trees ltd and is also a key part of the NPConline branch of the organisation.
He currently helps choose all manner of activities on the residential courses and helps to pick out the various routes and trails for the walks both on the estate and more locally for the 12 week courses.
As a keen and accomplished walker and traveller Paul has a passion for the great outdoors and as such is currently training for his Mountain Leader award which he will complete later this year.
In addition to the above Paul is also a very keen gym user and all round fitness enthusiast with interests as varied as intensive circuit training to relaxation and meditation sessions - a very balanced approach you might say.
