0700 - Up and out for 30 min ‘Rise and shine’ session
0730 - return for breakfast and showers etc
0900 - Leave for guided walk  - mountain or flat dependant on groups etc
1230 - Return for light lunch / change clothes / break
1400 - Workshop - one of many, e.g. Nutrition/ Goal setting etc
1500 - 1st personal training session¹ (others have free time - see footnote¹ below)
1600 - Pairs exercise session¹
1700 - 2nd Personal training session¹
1800 - Change and prepare for evening meal
1930 - Workshop
What’s a typical day look like?
A typical day at Corrour changes - so it can be quite difficult for us to say exactly what each holiday will entail, but as a rough guide we’ve put an example below.  

Please remember we always tailor each holiday to the guests that are attending so the below really is just an example.  
All sessions are optional and you can do the ones you fancy or not - it’s your holiday.
¹ - When not partaking in the physical sessions such as in between personal training / pairs circuits etc, the other guests are encouraged to be working on what is  affectionately known as homework.  This could be things from previous workshops or perhaps something more physical like cycling, walking etc.
