0700 - Up and out for 30 min ‘Rise and shine’ session
0730 - return for breakfast and showers etc
0900 - Leave for guided cycle ride
1230 - Return for light lunch / change clothes / break
1400 - Workshop - one of many, e.g. Nutrition/ Goal setting etc
1500 - 1st personal training session¹
1600 - Stretch and core session
1700 - Time for relaxation and rest
1800 - Change and prepare evening meal
1930 - Full body massage (Rutland venue only)
2030 - Finish for the day - see footnote.
What’s a typical day look like?
A typical day changes - so it can be quite difficult for us to say exactly what each holiday will entail, but as a rough guide we’ve put an example below.  

Please remember we always tailor each holiday to the guests that are attending so the below really is just an example.  

All sessions are optional and you can do the ones you fancy or not - it’s your holiday.
Obviously as we run the course purely for the individual attending we can change some or all of the above to better suit the needs, goals and abilities of the person attending.  This was one of the key reasons behind ending the group holidays to focus purely on one to one and bespoke courses.
