What is a boxing workout?

 

We think non-contact boxing is a great way to get fit - we are qualified in something called PadBox

 

 

PADBOX is a great way experiencing the thrill of boxing without the risk of getting hit!  

 

It’s a great mixture of fitness, strength and co-ordination, not to mention a great, fun way to lose weight and control stress.

 

PadBox is really a great way of getting fit - every client that tries this type of training loves it and most have never so much as thrown a punch in their lives before!

What will we do?

 

Each session is tailored to the client so I can’t say exactly until we have had a chance to meet up but as a rule we spend a few minutes at the beginning of the session warming up with gentle exercises and movements.  

 

Following that we will begin actually using the pads - I’ll demonstrate everything so don’t worry if you’ve never done it before - most people haven’t.

 

Then throughout the session we will spend time both using the boxing combinations you’ve learnt and carrying out simple exercises designed to meet you specific goals.

The cost per 60 min session is £25
