We no longer run group health, fitness and weight loss holidays - instead all our courses are one to one or two person bespoke courses

As all holidays are ran to the individuals needs the dates can be set by them.  We run the courses throughout the year at our Rutland venue and from April to October at our Corrour venue.  

The price for each 5 day holiday is £1350 inclusive of all accommodation, food and on course costs.  The course starts at 9:00 am on the Monday and finishes at 5:00 pm on the Friday.  If two people wish to come together to reduce the costs then we can accommodate this - please get in touch with your requirements.
