All our guests, trainers and staff agree to and sign a confidentiality agreement before attending the holiday and photo’s / videos etc are only allowed with the express permission given by all guests on a given course.

Obviously nowhere can be completely private and we can not 100% guarantee your privacy - but we do pride ourselves on doing our best to keep your stay as low key as possible and have a number of very satisfied past guests.

Our holidays are and always have been ran in a such a way as to minimise the potential exposure of our clients both from the general public and members of the press / media.

You will not see adverts on our site such as ‘voted No 1 by such and such magazine’ or ‘so and so papers top 10 fat farm’. We do not allow any members of the press / media to attend the holidays and only give very occasional interviews over the phone to genuinely interested parties - always with full consent from our guests that have attended the holiday in question.  

The estate was carefully chosen due to it’s secluded setting and has a security barrier to prevent access to any un-authorised vehicles which is 12 miles away from the accommodation.  The only other way onto the estate is by the train - the station is over 4 miles away from the accommodation and only then reachable on foot.
