Our health, fitness and weight loss holiday is ran from a completely private estate deep in the stunning Highlands of Scotland.

The venue is at the incredible Corrour estate deep within the rugged and wild mountains of the Scottish Highlands.

The emphasis is on utilising the stunning surroundings, taking part in all manner of indoor and outdoor activities.  

These activities might be hiking in the spectacular countryside or rowing along Loch Ossian and maybe if your feeling up to it, even a guided trip up one of the munroe’s (mountains) on the estate! - don’t worry though we always tailor each holiday to the abilities of the individuals attending.

The venue has been chosen not just for the stunning location, but for the great  accommodation as well.  

You can rest assured that after an invigorating day’s activity you can settle down in the private, restful surroundings, unwind and relax; after all, you are on holiday!
