Option 2:  6 week Boot camp programme 3 x sessions per week

This second option is for those that are looking for a more structured means of losing weight and increasing their fitness levels.  In addition to the weekly Boot camp class from option 1, the participants will also partake in two further sessions each week for 6 weeks.  

Extra moderate activity will also be planned out for each participant to help them use up large amounts of extra calories each and every week in addition to further pushing on their fitness.  This activity can be tailored to the individual attending but examples would be walking, cycling or running.  

We always take into consideration participants past experience and fitness levels, so everyone will feel both challenged whilst at the same time, safely within their comfort zones.

The third part of the boot camp programme is designed to both help with a participant’s nutrition and further their knowledge in this often misleading and confusing subject.

We will use the same tried and tested techniques from our residential weight loss courses and each participant will work through a copy of our manual.  


This third section we feel is key to a person’s long term success - by the end of the 6 weeks all participants will have their own detailed plan which will help them continue towards their goal.  


The manual provides invaluable advice and guidance on all aspects of weight loss and fitness – by putting this knowledge into action past clients have gone on to achieve some fantastic results.
