Too many boot camps and other holidays offer yet another ‘quick fix’ to weight loss and set un-realistic exercise and nutrition (typically just 1200 kcals a day) targets that will have dramatic results in a short time only to see your efforts come undone once you’ve returned home. To really succeed you must identify potential problems and then find ways to make positive changes.
A key part of our holiday is helping you make the changes needed and then give you the skills to stick to your goals.
No ‘fad’ diets or ‘gimmicky’ exercises:
We don’t believe in wasting your time and money with fad diets or pointless exercises, the skills you will learn on our holiday’s are proven and very effective, we have years of experience working with people from all manner of backgrounds and by now we know what works - and more importantly what doesn’t. You also don’t need the findings of the latest ‘nutritional expert’ to tell you what to eat - there is plenty of good advice and practical information that is tried and tested - everything we talk about regarding diet is back up by years of proven research from the British Dietic Association and the British Nutrition Foundation.
Value:
Perhaps now more than ever we feel that we represent the best value weight loss holiday in the UK - a bold claim maybe - but have a look for yourself at what other holidays actually offer for the money and in addition have a look at our past guests testimonials - many of which have already been to different boot camps and weight loss retreats.

Continued, personal support:
There is no point putting all that hard work in whilst you are with us and then never speaking to us or hearing from us again. That’s why we try and keep in regular contact with our guests and help them if things get a little tough once they have gone home. We hope guests feel they can always contact us for help and we are always happy to provide as much support as an individual needs. When you return home you will have a clear path to follow with a 12 week ‘program’ and all the skills you’ll need to make invaluable, proven changes to your life that will have you reaching your goals in no time. Please remember if we can do it and past guests can do it - so can you!
Small group size:
Many similar holidays and boot camps have large groups of 20 to 30 people per holiday all sharing a dormitory and this was something we have always steered clear of. We know from our personal training and fitness background that people make the biggest and most effective changes when they learn things one to one, or in very small groups - you feel more at ease and are much more likely to ask questions and raise concerns if something we mention does not make sense. That is why the groups on our health, fitness and weight loss holidays are always kept low, 4 - 5 is the normal maximum, each guest with their own room. (on occasion we take 6 if two guests are coming as a couple)
Relaxed and friendly approach:
We like to keep our weight loss, health and fitness holiday relaxed and friendly, so NO boot camp antics such as shouting and balling for ‘encouragement’, just plenty of guiding support and advice. We believe that if you feel relaxed and at ease you’ll learn so much more and see greater benefits than if you just follow orders all week.
