2. Small group size:
The groups on the health, fitness and weight loss holidays are always kept low, never more than 4-5. This small size allows plenty of one to one time with the instructors and is much more personal.

There is no point just being ‘put through’ a week to lose weight, to really succeed long term you must identify potential problems, then find ways to make positive changes. Just some of the skills you can learn might be what types of exercise are most effective for you and why, how food works with your body and what are the secrets to successful changes in your lifestyle.
4. No ‘fad’ diets like a fat farm or ‘gimmicky’ exercises:
We don’t believe in diets or time wasting exercises, the skills you will learn on our health, fitness and weight loss holiday’s are proven and sound, we have years of experience working with people from all manner of backgrounds and by now we know what works, and more importantly what doesn’t.

We believe in keeping the cost realistic, the last thing we want to do is put the holiday out of the reach of most people. Our whole company ethos is affordable, accessible and fun.(we hope!)
